default profile
i have not created a profile & can't save game on tomb raider anniversary. It says it can't load default profile & create new one. I don't have a profile never did & of course cant create new one. I just installed this on a windows 10 pc from steam.

I've got the same problem with this game. And I can't find a solution.

Ok I found out what to do. I turned of my virus protection & firewall & reinstalled it it saves now

I tried to turned off my virus protection and it didn't work. But I tried what the member L said and it worked very well. Everything is explained there: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2003124788.

This game has a lot of problems with saving.. I have lost all my progress twice last week

If you loose your progress, you can probably still access it. For some reason starting a new game, pausing, and then checking your saves on the pause menu works.

This stops being needed after you beat the game once and access the level select, but its a strange issue.

I lost all my progress but I got it back by doing this. Thank you so much!
