Game won't run: starts, minimizes

After installing I played Anniversary for a few hours, just playing around Croft Manor. I exited, and a couple days later the came starts on a dark screen with words I can't read because it immediately minimizes and sits on my start bar. I click it, it pops up for a split second and minimizes again. I tried uninstallilng and reinstalling but same thing. Running windows 10, latest updates. All my drivers are current.
