- If you have the upgraded pistols, use them. They'll trigger the centaur rage much faster, and do damage faster. Win win. (Shotgun is nearly useless in this fight.)
- Crouch instead of looking away when the centaurs rear up and shoot their green flame at you. You won't get frozen if you crouch and you can still maintain visual contact.
- Don't Adrenaline Dodge until the enemies are quite close, otherwise you'll dodge too soon. Adrenaline Dodge is direction key + TAP the Shift key (don't hold it). Make sure Lara is locked on to the enemy that is actually charging when attempting the Adrenaline Dodge (and not a centaur behind or to the side, or, more tricky, in front of the charging enemy), otherwise the Adrenaline Dodge won't work.
- Don't bother trying to grapple the shields until after you've stunned a centaur (after a successful adrenaline dodge). They'll stand completely still, head drooping, shield exposed. Q to grapple, E to pull.
- For Phase 2, simply trigger the rage, then pick up a shield to reflect the centaurs' green flame back at them. They'll freeze in place for a brief period, allowing you to shoot them at will. One full clip of the upgraded pistols should take a single frozen centaur out before it can unfreeze.
Good luck!
