Fuse With Piccolo?

When / How do you unlock this for your Namekian avatar?

Tsumuri automatically has it when you recruit him, but my own Namekian has already promoted to Super Class, and he still hasn't received the signature ability of the Namekian race. I even checked the Shenron wishes, to see if I had to wish for the ability, and it wasn't there.

Ultimate Class with Namekian avatar now, and grinding Piccolo's camaraderie to 5. Still haven't unlocked the racial ability to fuse with him.

I'm not really sure honestly. I had it for my Hero Class and Elite class, but never managed to get it for the Berserker class. (Even as a super god class)

I kinda wish there was a clearer indication for how to unlock racial abilities.

I just checked GamersHeroes and, according to them, the ability is currently bugged and may just stop working for some players.
