I'm not 100% sure of this, but I THINK that you cash them in for a Naruto card?

I was searching around on youtube and saw a thumbnail for what looked like Heroes World Mission, and Naruto dressed in Goku Xeno's outfit.

Assuming it's same as 3DS games, you get HP bonus for 10-100 of them and for 250 you got higher chance of miracle perfect.

700 is the max bonus I believe, which gives 5k HP and a bonus to miracle perfect.
