is this game worth buying now?

i'm interested to buy this game now since there is a sale. But i want to know is this game still worth it since it's been a while since this game out. Is the online still alive ? are there updates? is the update also include additional story or just cards? any suggestion or input are deeply appreciated. thanks.

And I don't see the connection between my connection and the fact that the game cuts itself all at the beginning or end of the mission during loading.
It's the only game that does that to me, and my setup can very easily launch this game

This is why people should Read Reviews! for Steam instead of rush buying it. Like for example my Review.

But the issue could be your computer Spec doesn't meet the requirement to keep the game stable.

That a possible to happen at least for this game.

# of players actually has little to nothing to do with whether a game is dead. Most online games with millions of players actually have an extremely small percentage of people who actually "play " the game. there's no need to go into any specifics, we have all encountered trolls..
I think if it's the same 50-100 ppl playing the game, it's actually quite more enjoyable to play with these people, to get to know them and to compete with that small group than it would be to play random people who after every match send you death threats.

Kind of like my local FNM..i think 20 people total attend that every week. but it's quite enjoyable.

Just sayain.
