Not abandoned at all, they have like 30 dlc's planned over the course of its life, it takes a while to update

It's still very early for this game, don't lose hope suddenly.

one of them dlcs is the Luffy promotion, if we get an actual luffy card that would be amazing.

Two months and no updates? I'm sorry but April 25th was only a little over a month ago.

You could argue that a handful of cards and lack of obvious bug fixes (like the aura issue) doesn't really count as much of an update. But even if you count it, it's been 2 months (from 4-4-19) since the game came out and we have a few glaring bugs and not even 1 new set out (like UM3, or even just some old non-SDBH card sets).

The existing DLC are $30 for anime music and people have complained that they can't go online and that the demo doesn't work.

Given all that, it's reasonable to be annoyed if you've basically done most of the content in the game and it's still broken by that point, with not much word from devs/PR unless you directly contact them to get a small, vague blurb. Again, top that with the ridiculous asking price just to have some licensed songs play in particular parts of the game, and you've got a situation where complaints are justified.

That's even disregarding an argument like, "If I pay $60, the game should be complete and as close to bug-free as possible."

bandai namco always does bugfixes along with their dlc updates and what not, so just wait for the next batch of content to drop

That's somewhat reassuring/fair, but today just made a bit of a mockery of that, even. I thought I'd have to eat my words because there was a ~350MB update that ended up saying "Bug fixes", and so I go to the Mr. Satanman guy for patch notes, and there's nothing.

Oh well, I'll try a custom mission to see if auras are here. There's a new custom mission from Bamco, which is cool, but no obvious bug fixes and no patch notes to check, anyway.

Very, very lame.

There are bug fixes in today's update. Look at patch notes on switch version.

Dragon Ball Heroes is an extremely popular franchise over in Japan, and has been around for at least 8 years now. I would be very, very surprised if they actually abandoned this game so soon after launch.
