at the final battle and i need an item shop

im low on supplies and i can't remember where to get items to heal my mana and HP

There are no shops in the dungeons, which means you'd have to use Vacate to teleport to the dungeon entrance, hop on Tengri, land somewhere and then use Travel to go to either Perdida (guy in poncho seen to the left from entrance) or the Iron Wyvern (one of the fairies).

Alternatively, if you haven't made lots of items through alchemy, then you might have enough items in your inventory to mix together what you need.
