Cancelling spell selection?

I'm playing with mouse and keyboard, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to go back to the action wheel once I've clicked to cast a spell. I'm not trying to stop in the middle of casting the spell; I know managing your trick/casting time is part of the game, but once I accidentally clicked spells when I had less than 3 MP, and I was stuck in the spell list because I didn't have enough MP to cast any of my spells! I feel like that shouldn't be possible, it can't be right. Right mouse button is cancel/back for me for all other purposes, am I just missing something really obvious?

Figured it out. It's tab, for some reason.

Good to know it's possible. This has gotten me killed a few times and it was extremely frustrating lol. Especially because you can't tell when a special skill is coming and imagine you healed or are casting for whatever reason and you gotta defend, I couldn't go back.

You can rebind that one in the options from the title screen. I rebinded it to right mouse without any problem.

But yeah do not know why in combat they went with a default bind of tab to go back in menu and not keep the right mouse click as they did with the menu at the title screen and other situations.
