Nightmare Mushroom isn't considered a Mushroom

Like crafting with the Boozu's Meat, another Soroboreans DLC food doesn't seem to mesh well with some vanilla game recipes. Neither Nightmare Mushroom nor Grilled Nightmare Mushroom counts as a generic "Mushroom" ingredient for Fungal Cleanser. Again, maybe this is by design, but I got the impression they were simply overlooked.
