Rust and Vengeance Ruined Warehouse Runes blocking way to Titanic Guardian MK-7

I have a question regarding the Ruined Warehouse. I started the Rust and Vengance quest and went to the hippodrome for the key to the warehouse. After clearing the warehouse I am stuck before a gate with runes blocking the way to boss and they say something about an event in the future. Am I supposed to wait in front of the gate for a few days, I did not find anything on the wiki regarding this issue.

When starting the quest, you're taken to the broken golem in town. In order to unlock the areas necessary to complete the quest, you must interact with that golem after it has collapsed.
