Train key B is gone

doing the dlc quest and ive been stuck forever trying to figure out where gemstone key b is so i threw in the towel and looked it up. apparently theres suppose to be a train key infront of the the red golem in the abandoned living quarters but it isnt there i only have train key A in my inventory what do i do?
