Is the 3 Brothers starting quest timed?

I just finished the quest line for the faction I picked. Did a little more traveling around to get housing in the cities, then the 3 Brothers starting quest popped. I still have several places I want to explore before going to the DLC zone. Is that stuff timed, or can I go there when ever I feel like I'm ready?

This is in original Outward with DLCs, by the way.

best do everything else first. that dlc is tough

The timer doesn't start until you start the 2nd quest in the Sirocco series ... From the Ashes.

I am doing this series now. I didn't wait until doing everything else, because you get good buffs from this DLC, and I am not going to get those and then be at the end of the game. What is the point? lol

I skipped Antique Plateau. I hope to complete New Sirocco, then use those buffs to beat the rest of the dungeons in Caldera, then take on Antique Plateau. Overkill? You bet!
