Where is the Berg chest?

I know there's one, I remember it being near or behind the old lady from Cierzo, I just can't find it, and the wiki doesn't list a specific location. I'd like to be able to use it to store my stuff since it's more convenient to move items to and from than a pack on the ground. Anyone happens to remember off the top of their heads?

A normal, wooden, randomized, non-stash chest. Wiki lists it (on both "berg" and "chests" pages) and I could swear I remember it was near the Cierzo mayor. See below for reference:

(I have the no-reset mod, so it should be fine to use that chest. I just don't want to start a faction quest or having to keep swapping backpacks.)
