Needs doesn't affect me

I noticed I wasn't hot wearing a plate armor in the Abrassar desert so I was monitoring my needs and neither hunger, thirst or fatigue is decreasing. I created a new character and the problem persists. Even re-installing the game didn't solve it. Is this a bug? Anyone has similar experience and is there a way to solve it?

Seems like you got a debug option preventing your needs from updating. Press F2 and look if the "Update Needs" option is ticked or something like that.

Solved. Had to reinstall the game again but this time deleting the remaining files. Debug wasn't the problem. Thanks anyway.
