Co-Op questions. Immaculate dissapeared.
I've played Co-op before in the console version with my brother. I'm playing it in PC now so I had to start over. I went straight for the Soroborean quest since it had something I wanted, and I wanted the Faction reward.
I heard we can't buy a house in every city.

If I joined someone, would I be able to access my own stash in their stash box? If we're at his house, but I didn't buy that house, can I still access it? I heard it's the host's world rules, so I'd assume I would if I can access my own stash there.

What happens if we travel to another city, but one of us dropped the backpack on the ground before fast traveling? What if the visitor drops backpack, then logs off?

Immaculate question: He dissapeared. I saw him once when I died, but I don't remember clicking on an option so I'm guessing either it misclicked an option quickly (unlikely since I'm paranoid about pressing the right key) or it didn't even give me the option. Now whenever I die into one of their bases, or I visit myself, they're not there.
I wanted to get the Boon he offers.
Could I join another person's new world, get the boon, then leave? I want to see if I can get a friend to start a new world to do this, then delete the world if he doesn't want to keep it.

If the player drop the backpack and travel the backpack will be at the same spot unless you go back, but if you take more then 7 daya to go back the backpack will despawn. If a player drops the backpack and logout the backpack will still be on the ground.

About the immaculate, dunno much about him dissapearing, but if you join another world and get the boon will work but the other player will not get the boon.

Thank you for the answers.

It's a relief that stashes are accessible in other player's worlds.

That's good to hear. It's what I heard, but someone mentioned otherwise. I'll see if I can get a friend to start a new expendable world, I'll visit the Emmaculate cave in the first location, ask for power, then be done. Much appreciated.

If all else fails, you can create your own expendable world, run straight to the Immaculate's Camp in Chersonese, then use split-screen co-op to summon your main character, get the Boon, then quit co-op and safely delete the expendable character.

I did that with the console version since I just needed an extra controller to be able to get other faction exclusive gear to my main one. I didn't think I'd be able to with PC tho.

Works fine. I use it all the time to transfer stuff between characters. I even have a set up with 4 characters in the four other towns besides Cierzo. If I want to tool around in a town to get skills or items and I don't want to be bothered with travel (or I'm under a specific time limit, I just load up one of those, bring in my current char, and do whatever I need.

there is only 2 reasons for him to disappear :

he was spoken to in all 4 maingame locations (this also makes him disappear from dlc locations)

he was killed by the player.

he isnt hostile normally at all.
UNLESS the player has joined the holy mission already. then he is permanently hostile and you have no choice but to kill him.

I spoke to him once, did the general conversation, "You like reading, huh?", haven't seen him since. I got rescued a few times and ended up in his cave in other cities, but he wasn't inside after the defeat scenario finished playing. I even tried going to his cave myself, no luck.

I just got rescued by him in Caldera (3 Brothers DLC area) and he was there. But no way to learn skill. I just got the option to ask for a gift, shelter, equipment, something else, or food. I haven't seen the food one before. Nothing about Power. Not sure why.

asking for a gift in caldera is the only one of 2 options to get the brigands bag. make use of that one.

the other part sounds wierd. any mods installed?

I looked up each option and read about Brigands, but I heard you can buy it off specific trader in New Sirocco, so I didn't want to waste a favor for that if so.

No mods. Don't know how to do that. The only mod I'd consider is a debug or breakthrough option to be able to reset/add skills to find my playstyle without having to restart a new character.

It's far easier to just use the debug system for testing like that. Just a quick function key and type in the skill you want. You can add or subtract at your leisure. Mods tend to require too many steps and third-party sideloaders for me to ever recommend one for something you can easily do without it.

I actually just did that. I made an OP character with all the good skills, and spawned items I wanted. I'm going around testing what kind of stuff works and doesn't for me. I was able to test a lot of builds and playstyles I thought about in much shorter a time than if I made a character for each.
I'm finally settling on a build I feel more comfy with. So when I make a new character, I'll know what setup to go for, instead of struggling with "no respec" phobia.
I'll just have to be careful not to select this character for coop in fear of breaking the game.

If only we could deconstruct buildings in New Sirocco. I already messed up thinking setting blueprints let you remove them so long as you didn't construct it.

yeah the problem is that trader sucks and you can only build 5 of the 8 special buildings which this trader is one off. and you cannot remove them anymore once build. and stuff like arena and kitchen/alchemist are just TOO GOOD to not get instead. so this is by far one of the best favors to ask for overall. the boon can also be gotten for free from the sidequest in the sorobor dlc that you have to do ANYWAY as its the only to get the corresponding HEX.

the caldera favor is the only unique favor worth asking for. and you can ask for 2 things.
