Hex Mage - Scary with a Rainbow Hex enchanted saber and Torment - Rupture, Lockwell's Revelation is nice too.
My previous completed playthough was Hermit / Rune Sage / Philosopher and I felt like I was pretty gimped against enemies resistant to Lightning, like the Shrimps and the Galvanic Golems in Harmattan. Tried to salvage it with Sigil of Fire + Spark but it never clicked for me.
My build is the same with blood sigil. it's inspired by the Blood Mage [outward.fandom.com] build but i also got the Rune Sage instead of Kazite Spellblade. If you play with a summoned ghost the sigils won't be used much since the ghost will aggro enemies on them instead of near your sigil, however the blood tentacles have some extended reach afaik. But haven't played with a Ice sigil so far so no idea. In the case you got the Wind cabal sigil check the combinations between wind+ice sigils .vs. wind+blood sigils it may be worth it (you can combine two sigils yes, also also afaik you can stack multiple blood sigils on top of each other since they have no cooldown ;))
hope this helps you decide, but whatever you do try and have fun with it
