Caravan fast travel ?!
Hello

Is there a way to use the caravans to travel to a specific destination as I want ?

Actually they choose the destination and wont change it. Sometimes I have to travel couple of times to get to a destination where I want.

Or is there another fast travel system between the cities ?

There is no fast travel system. Closest thing is if you have The Soroboreans DLC or the Definitive Edition (which has the dlc baked in), you can pay the trader in each city to take you to their city, Harmattan. Then the trader can take you back to the other regions but his destination will change periodically, but this isn't exactly reliable.

As far as I know the Soroborean caravan changes destinations every few days and a player cannot select a destination other than by passing time until the caravan goes to the desired city.
As a side note, I have discovered I prefer having a full set of master trader armor/clothing to make sprinting across a map easy and fast. I can be dropped off at Monsoon, for example, and sprint to either Emmekar Forest or Chersonese in under 5 minutes. I dislike waiting to reset caravans because of decay/spoilage of food (and quest timers when applicable).

I found a tips and tricks video that says to take off your backpack before sleeping as time doesn't pass on your dropped gear. Time does pass on perishable items stored in your STASH though, only way around that is to keep your perishables in a seperate bag on the ground in your house, something like the Preservationists backpack.

Thanks for the tip!

There's mods for that if you feel like giving it a try.
