Does loot,mobs and Dungeons reset when the seasons change?

After 7 days of being away from a zone, it resets, loot, enemies, containers etc.

same is true for dungeons and towns of what sandra said there. if you visit any place within these 7 days the timer resets back to 0 and you must wait another 7 days for reset.

zonemap travel (with rations) skips multiple days instantly. 2-4 days depending on zone travelt to. can be used to speed up the respawn process.

in the town of the tree brothers in lategame you can skip 7 days instantly with an npc.
