help with light mender's backpack

So I've been looking for a backpack as a mage.I would like to keep my food from getting spoiled fast so up till now I have been using the preservation backpack. However, today in outward.gamepidia.com I've seen that some bags are supposed to also give the same 75% preservation thing and one of them is the light mender's one. Is this webpage right? I know not too long ago it had a 10% mana cost reduction that was removed, so I wanna be sure it now does preserve the food too.
