Incase players don't want to be spoiled of what they need to use to remove corruption just don't click in the spoiler.

Drink Sanctifier Potion or Purity Potion.

Or use the Cleanse skill, but you suffer Extreme Bleeding from using. And to get this skill you need to unlock the Hex Mage Breakthrough.
