store it inside an alchemy bag on the floor inside the house instead. this way you can keep it fresh for a SILLY long time. it still rots in there dont be fooled but its slowed down massively.
is it better or worse?
stop spreading missinformation.
the perservation bag and the alchemy bag have the same food decay rate. there is no bag that prevents food decay.
people never test this before makeing claims like yours and thus missinformation is made by them and spreads. there is no way to prevent food decay completly in outward anymore in the DE.
you can only slow it down greatly.
this is false aswell.
first part is also false information.
by the time you can access new sircocco you can make the food store food issues become obsolete anyway. game ends soon afterwards anyway. new sircocco is one of the last things you can do. so this is pretty useless and also not new information either as new siroccos entire map counts as YOUR HOUSE. so of course stuff doesnt despawn there. it also has nothing that can respawn to begin with and you cannot own a house in there as you pretty much own the town instead.
Do you get paid to be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or are you unemployed?
ah yes. the classic mistake. your DAYS passed is irrelevant. HOW these days pass is relevant. it has nothing to do with the bag at all. and then acting like that after beeing told youre wrong.
food in a bag on the floor only rots under these circumstances :
you are WITHIN the same map.
AND you are NOT inside a LOADING SCREEN no matter what loading screen it is. go figure how most of your pass where passed and youll notice something here.
this has nothing to do with the preservation bag tough. and your food still rots. stupid easy to test with salmons in cierzo. the bags preservation % does work but it wont fully stop food decay as you can never avoid the above circumstances entirely.
so your claim is false. you cannot stop food decay entirely. with no bag. was tested countless times by others long before already. people would only use the perservation bag outside boss battles if what you say was true. but it simply isnt the case.
so many people spread missinformation in outward to this day without actually doing a proper test first and paying attention to details.
everything has been figured out by this point. there is no more secrets or unknown mechanics. just people still saying things that are not the case.
its the same with the nonsense that you cannot enter caldera without doing faction first. there is STILL people around who believe this to this day.
Food of course do rot in stash.
If you have so much food until it rot, it means you don't really need them anyway
