Tsar weapon legacy chest upgrade?

the tsar weapons don't have a legacy chest upgrade though?

yeah that's the thing i wish we could have a fancy upgrade even if it's just cosmetic

you know what? I agree, I'd want enchantments to actually add some kind of visual or effect to a piece of gear, like how you see that runic armor in sorobor that's all glowy but we can't have a glowy version :(

the weapon design is neat and all but i wish we could add some extra flavor to it with some visual upgrade like glowy runes or particle effects or better elementary effects hell even a different slashing effect color

i personally find the design to be bad it's not realistic in anyway
