If you have Defiled debuff you did a very bad job of protection yourself against Corruption, and if you are still in Chersonese dont go to Vigil Pylon and Ancient Ruins (Close to the Cabal of Wind Tower), and don't be hit alot by the Scourges and Wendigos that spawn in Chersonese.
First time i saw the Green Smoke and it's effects I only came back to that place prepared.
plus if you never left chersoense why are you running around in the corrupted area to begin with? there is no reason to do that early on. especially if you got no clue on what is there and what to do.
Maybe start complaining on stalker because game punishes you for running in radioactive regions.
Or even better, start complaining that game punishes you with death after being hit by the enemy.
This is one of those "mad cus bad" scenarios where you can tell their intelligence only warrants a "git gud".
1. Did you check if the tutorials you read speak of DE or normal edition? There are differences between them.
Also... in real life you also don't have to worry about radiation... but that doesn't mean it's smart to irradiate yourself
the alchemist sells it
2. The sorobean caravaneer in any town always offers to take you out to DLC area.
3. If you have played for 40 hours and still havnt learned a single thing about preperation, Why in the world are you trying to leave to a DLC area?
then you never checked the simple alchemist vendor in cierzo or the merchant at the cabal hermit trainer. both sell sanctifier potions at a 100% rate.
the devs did add these potions to the first map. you can even do this : if you find an elemental enemy and it drops a particle (doesnt even matter what type of element) and you combine that with 1 sanctifier potion you get 3 PURITY potions. each removes 50% corruption instantly. and the devs did add these elemental enemies to the first map aswell.
and again : nobody says you have to explore corrupted areas early on. ever tought about "maybe i should come back later for this" instead ? cause thats a good mentality to have for this game.
When in the Main Menu of the game does it say that you are playing Outward Definitive Edition ? or say Outward Three Brothers ?
Maybe there is no potion selling because your playing the old version where only in Harmattan have this potion
maybe you're not playing definitive edition and in that case I have to ask how you managed to get defiled so badly
You are corrupted ahahaha drink one of those small red potions https://outward.fandom.com/wiki/Sanctifier_Potion
To travel to dlc zones you need to talk with the treader at the entrance of cierzo, ask him to travel with him
In order to play the definitive edition you have to start the game from your steam library
