Immaculate's Refuge

[This is Madness]

It has been over 2h that I am in Caldera searching for Immaculate's Refuge. I tried to die to respawn there, nothing, I searched the entire side of The Vault of Stones, nothing.
Can someone tell me where it is exactly ?
The map I used to search it and where it shows where the refuge is clearly doesn't help.

As your map likely shows it's north and slightly west of the vault of stone.

Heading northwest from the vault of stone you'll see a big crack in ground full of oil, on the north end of this crack you can see a slope leading up, don't go up (it looks a bit like a ramp). On the side of this slope is a light grey patch of rocks marking the entrance.

The important thing to note is that it's right on the edge of a big oil pit and the entrance is low down.
