also you cannot really fokus on RAW dmg aside from perfect meta strike of course.
Note, by Raw damage I meant merely that having your stats up as high as they can go will generally deal more damage (my bad). What do you mean by meta strike Nerevar? Not sure I've heard that phrase on outward before.
not sure why you thank him for that info when i wrote it. but whatever.
also i said BLEEDING works like that. i never said POISEN does.
sadly poisen is fixed dmg of at most 4 dmg (extreme and plague only).
now this can be amplyfied by usein decay dmg % bonuses on gear and skills/potions. but that is sadly still alot weaker dmg wise than directly attacking with a overbuffed melee weapon in the end.
it also like the other guy said already has the downside that ALOT of new endgame enemies and bosses are flat out immune to both bleed and poisen.
what works pretty well is makeing a decay fokused build around the new 1h mace from TTB dlc and joining blue chamber for infuse blood imbue on top. this way the dots come as a side effect of dealing massive dmg on top if geared correctly.
but i wouldnt do a build purely fokused on dots. especially not blaze or holy blaze given the hoops you need to jump trough just to even apply them in the first place.
