How do blood weapons get?

You need the Thirst Enchantment, then you apply it to an Iron weapon, like the Iron Sword, once enchanted you'll need to do about 17,500 damage with the weapon, causing it to change from Thirsty, to Parched, to Sated, to Quenched if memory serves. Once the weapon is Quenched you bring it to one of the 4 Blood Altars in the Antique Plateau and it will become a Vampiric Sword.

No, thirst is unique. Most of the time it involves micro crafting though.
Thank you all

As mentioned, no. Vampiric Weapons are very unique as they allow you to heal on hit. As far as I know, nothing else requires anything beyond the enchantment. Some may require specific locations or seasons, like being in Antique Plateau or enchanting at Night or in the Winter, but none of them require extra work beyond the enchantment itself like Thirst does.

For example, if you want to put the Sanguine Flame enchantment on a Virgin Lantern you need Cecropia Incense, which is made from 2 Dreamer's Root found around the Plateau and an Elemental Particle - Decay from a Decay Elemental, which is a whole thing. Once you have the Incense you place down the Enchanting Pedestal and the Enchanting Pillars in the proper positions, put the Incense in the pillars, activate the Pedestal and you're done, enjoy your magic lantern.
