Which faction to begin with?
So I am going to start my first playthrough, and was wondering which faction I should do first?

I've heard that you get good rewards from finishing the faction quests, so like if you wanted to do a certain build, then maybe it's best to do 1 faction first, before another?

Like for example.... if I plan to do all 3 factions, then would there be a benefit to like first playing a magic caster, an choosing 1 faction, getting the rewards that are good for melee characters, then on my 2nd playthrough, make the melee character and twink the good gear to the new character.

Is that how it works, or no?

Blue Chamber is most friendly.

In fact, there is no good or bad faction to choose, because your build you choose separately from them. What they influence are the unique items they offer, and maybe that will help you with the final build you choose ... Go to the Wiki and see the differences between the factions ...
You can use the legacy chests to pass up to 4 items to the next character, and by itself some items in this LC's get better attributes too !!!

In my opinion it's best to start with Holy Mission. It gives you the most lore about Aurai so it's def a good place to start at.

Most valuable passive skills comes from Holy Mission faction.
Blue Chamber gives flat 40hp and 25mana. + Lantern of Souls and Frost Damage armor pieces.
Heroik Kingdom gives 15% damage passive skill and some armor and weapon.

The easiest is probably blue chamber. Followed by levant then holy mission.
Levant isn't that much harder than blue chamber though since the desert is a great place to make lots of silver by killing bandits and selling their steel gear. Holy mission definitely starts as an uphill battle since the swamps are super dangerous for low level characters. You definitely want to rack up some silver and skills before going in (again, desert).

Okay, so apparently you get good melee armor from finishing Blue Chamber, and as someone said earlier, you can twink it / transfer it to a new character. So, if that's the case... would it be a good idea to first do a non-melee playthrough of Blue Chamber. (Maybe a Mage, Archer, or Guns?)

Then on my 2nd playthrough, do the Levant faction with a melee character who uses the Blue Chamber melee armor rewards?

Is it possible and/or a good idea to do that? Or does it not work that way?

To inherit an item from a legacy chest you have to travel to the chest itself and pick it up. there's one chest in each of the 4 vanilla zones so that's four individual items. Some of these chests are really dangerous to get to so It's honestly not worth planning your equipment for another play through in advance. By the time you reach the chest the item inside it isn't going to be that helpful anymore imo.

Builds wise, It's entirely up to you. There's a lot of build guides but just going in blind is a lot of fun.

Isn't there a way to just trade items between myself through the split screen or something?
