I think that might be a good idea. Sanctifier Potions, maybe 1 or 2, either on Alchemists or the Caravaneer should do the trick. Purity Potions should be rarer outside the area loaded with corruption though.
As an example the Cierzo alchemist sells rage potions and discipline potions, rage potions are made from smoke root an ingredient that's native to Enmerker Forest and discipline potions are made from livweedi an ingredient that's native to the Hallowed Marsh.
If anyone outside of Antique Plateau was likely to sell potions that cure corruption it would be the alchemist.
that sounds like the best solution
the problem is it derails my exploration in a way the original game didn't intend and spending 400 silver to travel, days or weeks to gather the resources, or 100s more silver to buy the resources and THEN hopefully get taken back to the right place by the caravan?
that's like 2 actual real world days of derailing my journey
Genuinely curious where you're going in the base are where corruption is such a problem. I've spent most of my time in the expansion area.
Really? I don't usually tangle with Wendigos, I've only killed one and it never touched me. Good to know.
