How to Find Tamara the Smuggler

Just posting this here since Twitch customer support is the absolute worst and I can't get into my account to update the wiki.

For anyone needing to find her, Tamara the Smuggler can only be accessed by first completing the quest Silver for the Slums. This quest requires that you give the NPC Pigeoneye five payments of 40 silver, for a total of 200 paid. Doing so will reveal a new path northeast of the Rogue trainer, but I believe you can only go to Tamara at night.

She sells a lot of cool items including Wolf gear (Radiant Wolf Sword, Wolf Plate Armor, etc.), the Giantkind Halberd, and a Manticore Tail (required to craft the Manticore Dagger). I am unsure yet whether her stock rotates.

Her inventory must rotate since she had no Radiant wolf sword when i checked her.

Give once is enough and her loot is random my current shop list have radiant wolf sword though

I've never seen the open-helm version of the wolf plate. I know it exists, it's stats are slightly nicer if you don't want to be heavy. I've been to the merchant at least 20+ times. Never seen it. Also never seen the jade master cowl. Would be nice if there was a crafting recipe to take the heavier helms to lighter ones or something.
