Kintsugi Armor maybe? they can be bought from Giant Village in Hallowed Marsh North east

that looks like blue sand armor. made in the very first town. Youll need to farm blue sand an have a decent amount of silver for the black smith.

Plate armour, I've only seen the boots drop. They're a random loot drop I assume.

I confirm Ludens statement , it's plate armor (not the elite plate armor): Just looted the chestpiece.

Probably one of the hardest armors to loot.

Overall it gives the protection of a heavy armor (3 chestpiece, 2 on other pieces) and has slightly worse bonuses than the elite plate.
