Mofat...
Mofat seems to have vanished from Monsoon. Is this normal? I haven't done any quests in Monsoon, just need a skill from him.

I don't know, he should be there. I don't know if any quest you did in the game triggers it, but from what I know, he shouldn't vanish...

Only quests I did were for the Blue Chamber, so I’m hoping it’s just a bug or something. Gonna log back in and see if he’s there. Ugh.

If you launch the optional holy mission quest that Mofat gives you and you do this quest (or don't, because you can fail it caus it's timed) then Mofat vanishes.
So if you took the quest but didnt pay attention, then Mofat is gone forever. Sad but true. It's most likely what happened to you, or you finished all of your quests for the blue chamber and the optional quest is no longer available and he's gone too. Yeah i know it's not fun but it's not a bug.
