Armor sets that give stamina reduction?
Hey there, I'm looking for information on armor sets that give stamina bonuses. I tried looking on the wiki but couldn't find much information.

Thank you for your time! :lunar2019piginablanket:

Two sets come to mind, master trader set that you can get from any traveling merchant, but it’s not guaranteed to be there, just gotta keep checking those guys and I believe the entire set gives a good amount of movement speed increase and stamina reduction but isn’t very protective. I know for sure the entire set gives 20 warm/cold weather protection. 20% movement speed. Total cost is somewhere around 1000s.

Next is the kazite armor set from the vendor in northern berg. Gives a small movement decrease and mana reduction, but has better protection and I think, but not positive 20% stamina reduction. Might be a little less or greater than 20%.

I dont think any of the armors give a stamina bonus. All the heavy ones increase stamina use. You can take the one mercenary skill that decreases the armor penalties to stamina and also decreases stamina use while running. The rogue tree has a skill that reduces dodge stamina use. You can get 40 stam from the warrior monk skill tree. You can get 15 stam from the spellblade skill tree. one of the story mission rewards gives you some stamina as well. You can drink water to increase stam regen you can sleep in a luxury tent your house bed, or in an in to get a 20% stamina use deduction buff. You can eat certain foods to increase stamina regen personal favorite of mine is marshmellon tartine.

Ah yes, the Kazite armor set. I also recall the Elite Desert set giving a stamina reduction bonus as well.

Elite Hood, Hunter's Backpack, and Master Trader chestpiece are the three items that come to mind. Each one gives 10% stam usage reduction.

Dancer Gear from the Levant Tailor gives the most but pretty much 0 protection.

Kazite, elite desert, master trader and dancer gear are as far as I can recall the only ones that give stamina cost reduction, in about that order of increased amounts as well, though all except Kazite give next to no protection.

As an example, what I'm currently using is master trader hat and boots, for a combined -20% stam cost and 20% movement speed, a dancer chest for another -25% stam cost and zhorn's hunting backpack for -10% stam cost. Combined with the buff from the luxury tent I have -75% stamina cost. Then there's consumables for stam regen and the passive skills that reduce the cost of dodging by 50%, sprinting by 40% and the one that lets you dodge without hiderance with a backpack, allowing you to always have the -10% stam cost and not needing to drop your backpack.

Any part of the master traders set gives Run Speed+ and Stamina Use Reduction.

Good deal everyone, thank you all for your help! I've been looking for alternative armor to wear that doesn't hinder stamina regeneration.

Trying to find a balance I like between defenses and stamina regen. :PixShi:

WRONG it is the single most defensive piece of equipment due to the fact that you can spam roll and sprint away from any potential attack, what does it matter that you get blown away by simple attacks when you never get hit? You plebs just need to git gud, swinging your two handed axe simply slugging it out exchanging blows with the enemies :shigure2:

Well with a tsar greataxe you can perfect strike an enemy and if they are still alive they are staggered so you just hit them a couple times and they die so no need to even slug it out with a greataxe

Hah that's a 1 V 1 scenario, do you genuinely have enough stamina after doing a full combo to fend off against other enemies? What if at the end of your combo the first enemy is still alive? THEN WHAT? Blam!, got em!

Way more than enough you get an extra 40 stam from the warrior monk skill tree then I had the merc skill to lower heavy armor stam penalties, the lower stam costs from the elatt story, as well as the extra stam, from finishing the storyline, plus water stam regen, and marshmelon tartine stam regen. Then If stam does go all the way down just pop a big stam pot but yuo can spam attack like 30 attacks before your stam is gone. It's rare to ever face groups of more than 3 with 3 you pick the strongest perfect strike them then pop off a flash onslaught wait to get attack use brace to get discipline back and knock them back then just finish them off. Honestly though with a tsar greataxe if you put a rag on it will one shot a large portion of mobs in the game with a perfect strike since it ignores resistance armor and blocking then inflicts pain which lowers their physical resistance by 25% and the tsar greataxe does stupid high physical damage especially with the discipline buff. Like you can walk up to a wendingo perfect strike then smack it twice before it can even move and its dead.
