Elatt's blessing?

I've received a blessing from Elatt, after finishing the first mission. Where Oliele becomes pure light by Elatt.
After talking with Elinara, Elatt talked to me and gave me a blessing which I've no idea what was, and what it does.

Any clue?

It's a +20% decay resist perma passive, which is very useful for the marsh.

If you go the the game menus cycle to the skills tab then you can cycle to your active passive skills the elatt blessings and stuff can be seen in there.
