Does anyone know what area and/or mob drops Thorny Cartilage please. Thank you in advance

Drops from Shell Horrors I think, spawns in areas with corruption like the NE area of Chersonese with the graveyard

I've made the Thorny Spear. The crafting materials drop from Immaculates - you can find two that respawn in Enmerker Forest (Cabal Wind Temple & Dead Roots).
