SPOILER INSIDE...Mixed Legacies quest...optional step?

Hi folks

I just saved Rissa from the cell for the Mixed Legacies quest - there is an optional step to kill the bandit leader/mercenary and he is 'in the south of Enmerkar Forest'...

Problem is, I've searched everywhere that makes sense and still can't find the person I have to kill - anyone else done this who could give some pointers please?

Thanks Ruby - had tried there already (before finding Rissa, and after watching your clip) however he wasn't/isn't there. Rissa did say he wouldn't hang around for long - seems she was right!

BTW: is your video sped up or is that your actual move speed?
