Stuck on outward-Xbox one

Hey my character is stuck in monsoon. I tried to walk in between a rock and a fence which caused me to get lodged just slightly off the ground. So i cannot use anything because i believe the game thinks im jumping? My water, food, and sleep is all 0 but i cannot die haha. I am on Xbox one so commands aren't useful :( I already have another acc going but i really liked this ones setup, so if anyone has any thoughts i would appreciate it!

Try holding down all 4 of the trigger buttons.

look at the library page for outward and look at the recent news comments. The second one down tells you how to load a previous save game using the save game folder method. Basically deleting the most recent save file so that the game then loads whatever the next most recent save file is.

Sorry if this sounds obvious but have you tried rolling? You can still roll while falling and that might dislodge you from where you’re stuck.
