It's a random drop from mining and basically every enemy or containers or stores. It's not especially rare, but you can't really find it at one place specifically.

Hmm u need a little aquamarine for the door and not a sapphire, pretty sure.. but yeah don't worth

Actually it is two doors. Tiny Aquamarine for the first and Small Sapphire for the second. Thank you for your belated input according to the fact that I marked this as answered.
