Who to talk to before negotiating with the giants?

So I just completed the quest to fetch a root for the giants, and now they are willing to negotiate and form an alliance. But I still need to gather some intel to be able to sucessfully negotiate, who should I speak to? Already got some info from the people in the temple of Monsoon

It's part of the main quest for the Blue Chamber, quest called Ash Giants

Hey there,

I may be dumb, but there is no way for me to find the storehouse to read the book to complete the optional quest.

I went into a dungeon where i found a book about their culture (regarding exil and death) but it haven't updated the quest.

Anyone could tell me where to find this ?

The quest doesn't update when you read the book. You will have options from the book in the conversation when you speak with the giant chief.

The 'storehouse' is the tower directly south of the giants' town.

Actually there are 3 people to talk to, and one book to read (which will fulfill the optional portion of the quest) they are:

1. Gold Belly in the Giant Town
2. Cardinal Bourlamaque in Monsoon
3. Rufus in Cierzo
4. Read the Book in the "Store House" (AKA Giant's Ruins on the map, its in the entry, directly in front of you when you zone in)

Remember to select option 1 to get the best outcome when you do your diplomacy with the Giants.
