How to make it full screen?

Settings > first option > scroll down > drop down tab for it.

On my 1st load the game was at a bizarre resolution and not fullscreen so I can see why the question got asked.

Or just try ALT + ENTER

Doesn't seem to be true fullscreen tho (exclusive fullscreen).
As there is still screen tearing even in the "fullscreen" mode option... :(

Sadly yes its not exclusive fullscreen hoping devs would add this soon... it's definetly needed for my use i need to open DSR and i do need exclusive fullscreen for that

Paste the line below into Outwards launch options in Steam and set to the same resolution in-game.

-window-mode exclusive -screen-width 3840 -screen-height 2160

the 3840 and 2160 are the resolution values so feel free to change that to your native resolution(or one you'd like to downsample from)

Launch options - right click game in Steam -> go to properties -> set launch options -> paste the line -> click ok and you should be good to go :cupup:
