You farm areas fish and you have chances of getting it.

fishing gives a low chance of getting and there are random spots on beaches that will spawn glowing blue spots where u can gather it. real easy to spot at night. if ur lucky u can get a +2 drop from one spot doing if u find one

The easiest way is to fish, also exploring the beach (in my case I found two on the beach at night).

there is a cave south of cierzo, its name is cave of the tide or something of this kind, it is located right in front of the guy who gives you the tribal favor. This cave in the day is unaccessible because of the water but at night the water is lowered and it is possible to go down, I found them sometimes with blue sand. You can also find it by fishing if you are lucky.

theres 3 spots in the first town you start in along by where the water purifier is, I always hit those up.
