How to obtain Rune Magic

I purchased a lexicon and see discussions about rune combinations, it sounds a bit like ninja in ff14. However, i dont know were to find the rune skills. Who do we get these from and where?

You need to go to the Berg City, there is a trainer that will teach you. First part of the tree is 4 runes, 50s each to learn. You can find the trainer on map. Berg city can be reached by traveling to another map through the bottom-right exit of the first map. You will need 3 Travel Rations to go there.
The lexicon needs to be equiped to use rune magic, various runes are cast through the quick-bar. Each rune lingers for a while, allowing combinations.
