How to kill ghosts?
Seems like I do no damage to them even with a 2h 36dmg sword

Iirc one of the guys in the forest city (Berg i think?) can teach you a skill to fight ghosts.
Also, the spectal varnish.

Spectral varnish + Possessed boon and you'll cut through em like butter.
