House in Levant?

I have joined the faction, but how do I get the house?
Does it become available after a certain amount of quests?

I too cant purchase it either. The guy standing outside the house keeps telling me he has no time to talk hes waiting on a shipment.

Same problem here, I have solved the famine, which is quite a few quests into the faction story line. Still no ability to buy the house from the guy outside the player home. Just says he is busy waiting for a shipment, he's been saying that since I arrived in Levant. Hope someone finds a solution, I can't find anything.

No its not bugged. Heres how.
Spoiler ahead.

After joining the faction head to the Inn in Berg and rent the room. You will get interupted by strangers talking about an asassination in Levant. Do this questline and at the finale in undercity you have to find the baron and kill him to get his house for free. Dont know what happens if you let him life. Probably you can buy the house then.
Btw this will also resolve the outragous prices in levant returning it to normal.

If you play through the whole Dessert Campaign you get the option to buy it. Kinda stupid that you have to play through the whole thing but in my opinion it's the coolest house out of all four.

Ice_Dragon is right you need to trigger and complete the "Blood under the sun" mission I got mine to trigger inside the inn in Levant by going toward the back of the Inn (you don't need to sleep at the Inn). So I didn't even need to go to a different city to begin that quest.

I assume that the trigger for the quest might spawn inside any of the Inns so if that one doesn't work just check them all (but be thorough as it does not trigger at the entrance).

Yes, any inn will trigger it and concerning getting the levant house you will be given the house by the queen if you did not kill the baron .
