How do you give up your stamina? I click on the altar and nothing happens.

yoo anyone know where his arm "high above" is? cant find it and have no clue

When you first enter the cave that had 3 scourge monsters look on your left you will see a path that leading up at the end of that path you can drop down and the arm will be there

by the way if anyone finish this quest and choose to gain a blessing from Elatt could you tell me what will happen?

You get a passive called purified that increases decay resistance by 20
