Co-Op Partner cant learn special attacks ?

Hello , a friend an me would like to play on CO-OP Modus but we read that the Host player get all features and the 2cnd player have handicap ? Backpack Problems, dont learn special attacks from npcs ...
Is this right? I hope thats a Bug ?

As Far as i Know the 2nd player don't learn some skill gived in reward after some quest. But my friend can still pay or learn all the skill he want.
The backpack some time if all of us die it's not teleported whit us but you can go back and take

Whats the point of co-op if they don't get what they work towards? This game seems to have so many flaws that are so easily fixable. It's like the devs forgot to put features in.

wait for a patch / fix then, dude the game has been out for 1-2 days maximum

2nd player don't get any quest rewards, that why, he don't learn some skill from quest reward. Actually, 2nd player is like an NPC mercenary like in diablo, you help the main character, but you are not truly part of the story.

Had the same issue with magic unlock, although backwards, my co-op friend (I was hosting) walked away from the Ley line crystal first and he got to choose Sigil of Fire and Reveal souls, I got no such option thus semi-ruining my mage playthrough.
