This is for the blue chamber collective quest:
Does anyone know what you have to do for the optional collect information for negotiations? I've found the book on the giants culture/laws but it didn't seem to update the quest. Do I need to talk to other scholars or even write down/memorise what was written on that book?

Update:
Turns out the journal doesn't update this information, if you went and talked with the merchant giant going through all the conversation, finding that book at their 'storage building' and talked to the priest/monk of elatt inside the holy mission city, you can then proceed with the negotiations and the game will then give you the options to use the information/gossip you've collected

Yanphi I'm glad this worked out for you. I'm having difficulty finding the "storage building" they mention. I think I might know where it is but it just seems like it is too far away and way too big of a challenge for a three day journey. Would you be willing to share the location of the "storage building"? It would be a great help, I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time going down a rabbit hole for nothing.

I think i went there, it's where you have to put gems as well to open the kind of secret door right ?
I have read the book on the side on a rock, then i went speak to the guy in the chamber in the city and he talked to me about the giant but nothing have updated in my quest book.

Did i miss something ?

Hey, The journal doesn't update despite reading/collecting the information from what I've noticed. I can't confirm if there are more stuff out there, but doing those 3 things mentioned in my above post should be enough to progress
