You can also buy them from the traveling merchant that's in the town and where's green. It takes him a while to get them though.

Right by the entrance to Cierzo. Big ass cart almost in the way of the path. Can't miss him.

There's a secret to unlock that door w/o coils if anyone wants to know...

climb on top of the big rock behind the building, roll onto the roof, walk near the pipe and a prompt will come up to interact, press interact button 1 time, door will open

It is not a bug probably because that rock is there ON PURPOSE to get to the roof. Maybe developers wanted to reward curious and intelligent players. As there are no mounts ingame, such a backpack saves lots of time wasted otherwise to go back and forth to sell items.
As the game is still in beta release state obviously even if they sell it, big backpack helps to go through the bugs, lack of ingame information and retarded UI.

if you're just trying to get the big backpack, (and wanna cheat to get it, it's very easy, message if you are) there is a way to avoid the door...
