What is the housing system like in this game? Is it like vanilla skyrims where you can just purchase a prebuilt home in a city but cant actually decorate it yourself. Or is it like ultima online or arks where you can built your own home in the wilderness decorate with furniture you made etc and have storage boxxes and such?
