Trainer and skill locations
Hey all, been playing roughly four hours and loving it. Hunting for more skills but think i`m running out in the starting area. Has anyone found two hand sword skill trainer somewhere? Also looking for more spell training beyond the few in the mountain.

Figure i can gather up what i found so far

Starting town
———————

Free weapon skill • llearned from gate guard leader and wich skill depends on what you have equipped.

Axe weapon skill * taught by person next to spellblade trainer for 50 silver

Spellblade trainer stands on the upper level of docks near chef

Mountain
———————
Once you done the ritual you gain spark for free and either fire stone or soul reveal spell

One of the five will sell further spells for 50 silver.

Sold so far Flamethrower, and one more i can`t remember.

This is all i found so far but i haven`t left the first map yet.

What I have found so far:

Cierzo:
Spellblades Trainer, Axe Skill from the guy next to the Spellblades Trainer, Gate Guard Freebies.

Berg:
Sage Trainer (Runic Spells), Hunter Trainer (Rage/Bow skills).

Monsoon:
Warrior Monk Trainer (Buffs/weapon skills), Philosopher Trainer (Chakram/Sigils, note that Chakram skills need buffs from Warrior Monk)

Levant:
Rogue Trainer (dagger skills NORMAL DODGE WITH BACKPACKS), Mercenary Trainer (Gun skills), Warm (from a clothes merchant north-ish of the Mercenary Trainer)

Conflux Mountain:
Spark (Obtain Mana), Fire Sigil or Reveal Soul(?) (From the First Watcher after obtaining mana), Cool (From the Third or Second Watcher, after obtaining mana)

There is still one more trainer out there, I am searching diligently for them. And I'm sure there are a bunch of other basic skills that you can learn from random NPC's, but I haven't been very thorough in speaking to the randoms...

there is a wind magic trainer north west of cierzo area 'cabal wind bla bla'

You mean Hatchet skill, since Axe skill is tought in Berg?

The game calls it a one handed axe skill, Berg has a teacher for two handed axe

yes thats the spell I already learned. I just created a new charachter to see what the free skill is u get if you equipped a mace. It is the one you learn from the dude next to the smith. I thought you get a strike skill or something.

Wind spells in cabal of wind thing in Northeast Chersonese as well.

Right that sounds familliar, i didn`t have enough silver for that one at the time. Is it any good? Flamethrower is pretty nice but locks you in the lengthy animation.

I ran straight towards the mountain and kept getting sidetracked by monsters and bandits, but i think i was either west or south on the mountain when i arrived. Then i ran around the side until i found a path up, believe it was somewhere on the south side
Flamethrower has carried me through basically every difficult fight in this game so far . The fire effect just continues to burn on enemies for like a minute after the spell was finished casting which is usually enough to kill.

the mace skill is a super confusing "infuse weapon so you can block magic" skill Im not entirely sure what its supposed to mean though tbh I just use the sword since thats what my rune magic summons me :P

So I found the Light Mender's Lexicon which says it makes stronger Runic spells. Is this basically a free version of the skill the Trainer will teach or does this stack with that effect? Anyone know.
Miria Mar 28, 2019 @ 7:45pm
I have edited my initial post on skill locations to have more details, and gave it some organizing, and all of the skills I found after the initial post have been added to it, this will help keep all of the info in one place for everyone. And HOPEFULLY get people to stop posting stuff I already posted.

Might include all of the info I have on Runic Spell combinations too...

@ Mr.Pengwinn Light Mender's Lexicon says it increases the efficiency of Runic Spells, this almost certainly means reduced mana cost, rather than increased effects, because that is what staves do.

So, my entire initial list has been moved to a google document, the link is there on my original post, it was too long for steam. >.>;
Miria Mar 28, 2019 @ 11:23pm
I've done a count, I have found 58 Active Skills, and 24 Passive Skills, the game advertised 60 Actives, and 36 Passives, I do not know if that counts the starting skills or not, but I still have a great deal of skills to find.

Yeahhh, I have been wondering about that as well. But, I will mess with it and Conjure later, to try and figure out how they work.

@Miria, have you tested conjure from the shaman tree??
Miria Mar 28, 2019 @ 11:47pm
@KeeeeaaaaN Not yet, but I believe you have to use Reveal Soul to find a Soul, and use it on the Soul. Since I know that it's used to summon a spirit.
